Hot Cheeze Soup was a band that played hundreds of shows across the Denver Metroplex over a five year stretch from 2008-2013.  The band featured Chris Carter on guitars, Julie Frost (nee Schmidt) on Bass and Cello, Charlie "the Meerkat" O'neil on percussion and Dana Slabaugh on the Kit, as well as myself on vocals and rhythm guitar.  HCS' only studio album, Goodbye Lost Fly was released in 2010.  My time with Hot Cheeze Soup laid the ground world for all the things that I do with music today.  Although we currently are not playing on the stage, the record is a daily personal reminder of the power of Music.
